The CST 4 inch lift spindle will retain factory ride quality and oem suspension geometry. CST lift spindles do NOT create any extra loads are wear on factory ball joints or tie rods. To properly lift the 2019 Ram 1500 2wd 4 inch you must replace the front brake lines, and CST uses only the best DOT approved stainless steel braided brakelines.
