The BDS 6" suspension lift system for the 2019 Ford Ranger 4wd is the strongest lift suspension on the market. BDS uses thick 1/4 inch laset cut steel interlocked and welded together to construct their bulletproof cross members. The new BDS cross members for the 2019 Ford Ranger are paired with heavy duty differential skid plates and sway bar relocation brackets to create a heavy duty subframe while adding protection to vital steering components.
More Comfortable Driving with Improved Steering
Ride height on this BDS 6" lift kit for the 2019 Ranger comes from a set of top mounted steel fabricated pitched and indexed strut spacers used in combination with preload spacers to maintain ride quality and handling characteristics without over extending the CVs at full droop (an issue if only using a tall top mounted strut spacer). BDS designed a stout ductile iron steering knuckle adding strength to factory weaknesses and built in steering geometry correction. This BDS 6" lift installed on the new 2019 Ford Ranger retains the factory Electronic Stability Control systems for the best in highway safety.
Built to Last with Driveline Corrections
In the front of the 2019 Ranger BDS 6" lift system front differential is re-positioned with BDS’s multi-point relocation bracket system to secure the front differential and keep CV axle angles at a minimum. A billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer is also supplied along with longer hardware to allow the re-installation of the factory front driveshaft. Moving towards the rear of the 2019 Ford Ranger this 6” lift system BDS supplies a heavy duty replacement transfer case cross member. Through testing this eliminates driveline vibrations and shutter during hard acceleration. This cross member also includes a carrier bearing drop to improve rear driveline angle and allow the re-installation of the factory driveshaft.
Perfectly Tuned Shock Options
The base kit 6" lift system for the 4wd Ranger uses specially tuned BDS NX2 nitrogen charged gas shocks in the rear. These NX² shocks give high-end performance at an affordable price. They use a pressurized nitrogen charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity sensitive valving for lightning fast dampening adaptive to whatever terrain you find yourself traversing on or off-road. Optional FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks offer improved damper performance. The basic shock design is based on Fox Racing Shox race products, but re-designed to turn your BDS equipped truck or Jeep into an offroad machine.

Install Notes
- Requires frame bracket and differential modification. If using a plasma cutter for frame bracket mod, disconnecting the battery is highly recommended.
- Stock 17-18” wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- When balancing tires for 17-18” wheels, wheel weights are best positioned towards the center of the wheel to avoid interference with the tie rod end.
- Rack & Pinion steering is sensitive to tire choice. Aggressive tires, smaller backspacing or tires that require several wheel weights may induce steering wheel wobble.

No Fine Print Warranty 
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
