Hide Reviews Show ReviewsOnce again BDS beats the competition with this 2011-2018 Silverado / Sierra 2500HD / 3500 comprehensive High Clearance suspension 6.5" lift system. This 6.5" lift kit utilizes high arched crossmembers that blend perfectly with the angle of the factory installed lower control arms for a completely integrated look while lifting your vehicle a full 6.5"dramatically increasing ground clearance at the front crossmembers and improving operating geometry. Torsion bars are mounted directly to the top of the lower a-arm eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar crossmember.
A front skid plate and differential skid plate come standard, to lock everything together, creating a nearly indestructible sub frame for extreme off road protection. The rear is lifted with a flat 5" block for easy installation. Customize this 2011-2016 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD lift kit by choosing BDS 5500 or Fox 2.0 gas shock absorbers and a steering stabilizer. All BDS Suspension lift kits come with the security of knowing you purchased the finest lift kit in the aftermarket suspension industry.

Important Kit Notes:
1. Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
2. Requires frame bracket and differential modification.
3. 3" rear block kit recommended for dually applications, 5" rear block kit will not fit dually applications.
4. Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20" can be used with up to a 35.12.50 tire.
5. Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
6. Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require #121612.
7. If minor front driveline vibration occurs at highway speeds while in 4wd and the vehicle will be used in this situation on a regular basis, we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft.
Rear Lift Options:
- 3" block - Will result in a slightly tail-low stance.
- 4" block - Most common for level front/rear stance.
- 5" block (Included) - Will result in a level to slightly tail high stance, integrates a u-bolt flip kit with new spring plate.

- 37" x 12.50" w/ 17" x 8" Wide and 4.50" to 4.625" Backspacing
- 37" x 12.50" w/ 18" x 9" Wide and 4.50" to 4.625" Backspacing
- 37" x 12.50" w/ 20" x 9" Wide and 5.00" to 6.000" Backspacing

If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
