Hide Reviews Show ReviewsThe 2004-2008 Ford F150 4x4 4" lift system by BDS Suspension includes CNC machined steering knuckles to return your vehicle's steering to OE geometry. One piece front & rear crossmember increase the F150 4x4 rigidity for long term performance. A front differential skid plate is included to lock the crossmembers together on the 2004-2008 F150. New front Kevlar lined stainless steel brake lines are included with this high quality BDS lift system. The rear is lifted with a new block and u-bolt kit to give your 2004-2008 Ford F150 4x4 a nice level stance. BDS Suspension has teamed up with Fox shocks and developed 2.0 rebuildable aluminum shocks for a dialed in ride to compliment your F150 4x4 4" lift. BDS Suspension has been the leader of innovation for suspension systems for years and always continues to raise the bar. Important Kit Notes:
1. Supercrew models with 4 bed do not require the add-a-leaf 113219.
2. All wheel drive models will require front driveshaft modification.
3. Stock 17s will not fit back on vehicle. Stock 18s & 20s do fit with stock tires.
4. Rear leaf springs 003509 may be used by removing the factory block.
6. Although unusual, a 123609 rear driveshaft spacer may be required.
7. Will not fit HD models (7 lug).

No Fine Print Warranty 
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
