Hide Reviews Show ReviewsOnce again BDS beats the competition with this 2011-2019 Silverado / Sierra 2500HD / 3500 comprehensive High Clearance suspension 4.5" lift system. This 4.5" system is packed with the same features and benefits of the current 6.5" kit but designed for a lower lift height for those looking for a more modest setup. Like the 6.5" system, the 4.5" includes one piece crossmembers, differential drop brackets, ductile cast iron steering knuckles and bolt-on no torsion bar drop brackets that keep the torsion bars in the factory location at the frame.
A front skid plate and differential skid plate come standard, to lock everything together, creating a nearly indestructible sub frame for extreme off road protection. The rear is lifted with a 2" block for easy installation. Customize this 2011-2017 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD lift kit by choosing BDS 5500 or Fox 2.0 gas shock absorbers and a steering stabilizer. All BDS Suspension lift kits come with the security of knowing you purchased the finest lift kit in the aftermarket suspension industry.

Important Kit Notes:
1. Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
2. Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
3. Stock 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015-2017 models
4. Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
5. Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require #121612.
6. Top mounted rear overload spring equipped models require a different kit than non-overload equipped models. Be sure to select the correct option for your truck.
7. Depending on the specific wheel and tire combination trimming may be required for 35x12.50s

If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
