Hide Reviews Show ReviewsThis BDS 4.5" lift kit for the 2001-2010 Silverado / Sierra 2500HD 4x4 builds on the BDS high clearance system design offering more ground clearance or correct suspension, steer, driveline geometry and pairs it with the race proven pedigree of FOX 2.5 factory series coilovers to soak up the harshest terrain while still offering comfort and control for your daily commute. The high clearance crossmembers increase ground clearance for better looks and off road performance and stick the signature BDS quality and styling. The replacement steering knuckles ease installation as well as maintain proper steering and ball joint angles. The coilovers come pretuned and ready to install right out of the box featuring dual speed compression (DSC) adjusters on the reservoir for easy tuning of the high-speed and low-speed compression damping without the need for special tools. To mount the coilovers BDS supplies a bolt-on bracket that installs on the frame in the shock mount location along with a weld-in support gusset is used to reinforce the upper mount.
The upper control arm are new performance series upper control arms designed specifically for this system to integrate with the 2.5 coilovers. The arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully welded and gusseted for the highest quality, strength and durability. The factory cast steel lower control arms are retained with the addition of a robust lower coilover mounting bracket. No Fine Print Warranty 
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
