BDS Suspension raises the bar for late model GM HD truck performance with new coilover conversion systems for the 2011-2019 Chevy and GMC 2500/3500HD trucks. The system is the first true bolt-on coilover conversion for the late model HDs. The design eliminates the stiff riding factory torsion bar IFS and converts over to precision tuned FOX factory series 2.5 coilovers with the remote DSC (dual speed compression) adjuster. Along with new DSC coilovers, the system integrates high-strength upper and lower mid travel control arms improving wheel travel by 30%, differential relocation and longer sway bar links. These new coilover systems are designed for 2-3 of lift and come preset at 2.5 of lift for optimal up and down travel. Take your late model GM HD truck to the next level with BDS Suspension and FOX.

In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improved strength, travel, and accommodate the new coilovers. The uppers are FOXs new performance upper control arms designed specifically for this system to integrate with the 2.5 coilovers. The arms are fabricated from large 1.5" OD x .120-wall chromoly tubing, fully TIG welded for the highest quality, strength and durability. The arms utilize premium Moog brand ball joints and factory style rubber bushings for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability when compared to arms with uni-balls, poly bushings or heims. The ball joint cups are repositioned for optimal performance allowing a 30% improvement in wheel travel.

In the rear, BDS offers a simple block and u-bolt kit that retains ride quality and full use of the factory overload spring (if equipped). The rear comes standard with precision tuned FOX 2.0 IFP gas shocks and is available with optional FOX factory series 2.5 reservoir shocks to further improve performance.
