Hide Reviews Show ReviewsThis 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 IFS suspension 6" lift system follows BDS Suspensions' proven design standards using a full 1 piece front & rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. BDS designed the steering knuckles for the 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength categories over the rather light-duty stock Toyota Tacoma components.
The BDS Suspension Tacoma 6" lift system crossmembers are built from 1/4" steel plate and have integrated differential mounts that work with the new provided differential mounts to properly drop and reposition the front differential for optimal CV and front driveshaft angles. BDS goes the extra mile with the 2005-2015 Tacoma 4x4 spending extra time designing this 6" lift system to be strong and worry free of premature vehicle wear.
The whole BDS 6" lift package is protected by a new belly pan skid plate that runs from the front to rear crossmember and integrates cleanly with the factory Tacoma 4x4 skid/splash guard. The factory 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma front struts are retained with the kit utilizing the BDS top strut spacer to gain the proper lift height. The rear of the 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma comes with 4" blocks and u-bolts to level the truck and all of the necessary brake line relocation brackets needed. Whether you have a 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, or 2015 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 or 6 Lug Prerunner model, BDS Suspension has you covered with this high quality 6" lift system. Important Kit Notes:
- Will not work on TRD Pro Models
- Minor welding required
- Requires frame bracket modification
- Strut compressor required for installation
- Stock wheels cannot be reinstalled

- Some 2014-15 models may not achieve net lift height stated but will have the same lift stance/final height of an equally equipped 05-13 model

No Fine Print Warranty 
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
