Hide Reviews Show ReviewsThe BDS Suspension 6.5" lift No Torsion Bar Drop System will make your 1999-2006 Chevy / GMC pickup 1500 4x4 look like a lifted 2007 new body design. The torsion bars are mounted directly to the top of the lower a-arm eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar crossmember. This high clearance 6.5" lift system by BDS for the 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 is the first of its kind and gives a clean yet functional look.
Integrated with the unique BDS High Clearance Lift System this 6.5" suspension lift kit offers more ground clearance than any comparable lift kit. The high arched crossmembers maximize ground clearance while creating improved operating geometry on the 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC 1500 pickup.
A front skid plate and differential skid plate are included to lock everything together as well as offer extreme off road protection and improved performance. The rear is lifted with a single block to eliminate stacking. This highly customizable kit gives you the choices you need to build your rig to your personal specifications. This truly is the kit of choice if you have a 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, or 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 4x4. Important Kit Notes
1. Special tool required to unload/load torsion bars.
2. Requires frame bracket modification and differential mount modification as well as minor welding.
3. Will not fit heavy duty (HD) models.
4. If equipped with stock 17" wheels, then must replace with 17" or larger aftermarket wheels.
5. AWD models will require front driveline modification.

No Fine Print Warranty 
If you are the original purchaser of any BDS product and it breaks, we will give you a new part. Period.
Shock and Stabilizer Cylinders Limited Lifetime Warranty
BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its shock and stabilizer cylinders are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product and mounting bushings. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust, worn or deformed bushings. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
Shock oil seals are subject to wear over time, and use. Therefore are not covered under warranty. However leaking shock seals less than one year from date of purchase, free from contamination, damage, or abnormal seal wear due to misuse can be considered for Warranty.
BDS Suspension's obligation under all warranties is limited to the repair or replacement, at BDS's option, of the defective material. Any cost of removal, installation or reinstallation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from these warranties.
