This complete 2016-2019 Toyota Tundra 4.5" IFS w/ strut mount lift kit system is not only built for daily driving, but will handle about any off road excursion you can think of. The heavy duty BDS main crossmembers are locked together by a full belly pan that offers superior off road protection. Included with this BDS Tundra 4.5" lift system are CNC machined steering knuckles which ensure a clean and simple install that is made easier by the lower strut mounts that don't require you to disassemble the strut. Rear Fox 2.0 performance series monotube shock absorbers are standard on this BDS 2016 Tundra 4.5" lift system. This 4.5" lift kit is high quality, durable, and includes the BDS lifetime NO fine print warranty. FOX 2.5 remote coilovers pre-tuned for optimal performance right out of the box, and the option to upgrade to DSC equipped coilovers. The Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster provides added control and comfort tuning for on-road use while also offering more aggressive damping for use off-road. The adjuster allows for precise suspension tuning with the simple twist of two clearly defined knobs: No tools and no mess, just a way to easily fine-tune your suspension to best suit your needs in any conditions.

Important Kit Notes

1. Requires frame bracket modification and welding.
2. No strut dissassembly required.
3. Stock 18" wheels can not be installed. factory 20" wheels with more than 6.25" backspacing can not be installed.
4. Models with two piece rear drive line would require rear drive shaft modification.
5. When kit is installed on 2WD models, the differential brackets will not be used.
6. ***Will work with Bilstein (yellow) factory front struts on 2014-2015 models.***
7. Models equipped with 6 piston calipers require modification.
8. Will work on TRD Pro Models.

Fox 2.5 Coil-Overs

These shocks are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems. The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box.

Fox 2.5 Coil-Overs w/ DSC Adjuster

These coilovers are available with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment technology. The DSC adjustment allows for easy tuning of the vehicle’s suspension compression dampening to dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the "blue" high speed and "gold" low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers.
